It's January 2021, we're putting 2020 behind us and focusing on the things we are loving in January.
Blue Hues
It might be the cold, wet, unpredictable weather patterns we are seeing here across Cheshire, but we are loving the colour blue this month. Maybe January just has a 'blue' feeling to it, who knows, but the colour blue has been a huge hit with our clients this month - from striking navy logo designs to punchy aqua colour palettes for website designs. Blue is having a moment...and we are loving it!
Gravesend Sans
This is our font of the month at Lollipop Rocks....we can't get enough of it! The light weights are so crisp and sharp, it will give a fresh modern look to any logo or header. If you are looking for a slick, stylish font with an edge - this one's for you!
Cute Desk Decor
Working from home does give the opportunity to add a little pizzazz into your working space. Personally I don't think you can beat a little hint of kitsch in your decor, so thanks Dunelm for helping me spruce up my desk!

Colour Pop Backgrounds
As many of you know we love working with colour at Lollipop Rocks (it's our jam baby) and 2021 is set to be a year filled with colour. As people look optimistically towards a brighter and more vibrant future, we see more people moving towards brighter designs with their new business ventures and 2021 re-brands. Bright, bold hues to make an impact and let's be honest, cheer us all up!
Vintage Revival
With people looking back to easier times, a feel of nostalgia is certainly in the air. Here at Lollipop Rocks we love a bit of vintage, from antique furniture and retro outfits to kitsch toys and vintage posters, we take inspiration from it all! So we're looking forward to a vintage revival seeping through to some of our upcoming website designs for 2021.
Sustainable Brands
There has been a lot of focus over the past few years about sustainable practices within businesses and we are happy to see a lot of new businesses popping up who focus around eco-friendly products or practises. Lockdown gave us here at Lollipop Rocks a chance to look at our everyday use of plastics and we made a few changes which will help reduce our use of plastics and we hope to see more upcoming businesses introducing new innovative products as the year progresses.
